Hoffner Ballroom is on the second (high) floor of a historic building. It does not have wheelchair access.

The space is equipped with sound amplification and theater lighting as well as WiFi.
There is a small kitchenette and one person bathroom adjacent to the ballroom on the same floor.
Potentially available are a baby grand piano, rudimentary drum kit, several microphones/stands, cables, & music stands
Additional bathrooms are located on the third floor.

- Payment can be made via Venmo (@andythomas67), Cash, or Check to "Art On All Floors"
- Returnable security deposit (typically $150 per half-day of rental) due at time of booking to secure reservation
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of security deposit and any rent/manager fees already paid
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to event date forfeit the entire security deposit, but rent/manager fees already paid will be returned
- Typical rent for a half day weekend event is $350 and is due one week prior to the event
- Minimum $100 manager fee in addition to rent and deposit for one-time weekend events
